By downloading and using Matcent, you accept these Terms of Use. Offered by Rekt Game Ltd, these terms cover the game, website, community, and services. If you disagree, please don’t use Matcent. We may update these terms anytime; continuing means you accept changes. Protect your login details—your account activity is your responsibility. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may lead to suspension or ban. You’re accountable for your posts, messages, and actions. Parents must oversee minors’ conduct.
Matcent is an independent informational website. We do not own, develop, publish, or operate the featured mobile application. All trademarks, game content, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
FAIR PLAY & MATCH INTEGRITY
Matcent champions skill-based competition—no shortcuts. Play fair: no cheating, hacking, bots, or exploiting bugs. Avoid chess engines or collusion during matches. Violations risk suspension or bans. Suspect cheating? Report it in-game; we investigate thoroughly. Our global rating reflects true skill, earned only by winning real matches—money can’t buy your rank.

Moderators enforce rules with warnings or bans. Serious breaches may be reported to authorities. We remove harmful content and repeat offenders to keep the community safe and welcoming.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS
Matcent and its design belong to Rekt Game Ltd, protected by law. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to enjoy the game. Don’t copy, modify, or exploit content commercially without permission. Reverse engineering or creating derivatives is prohibited. Your forum posts remain yours, but you grant Matcent a worldwide license to use them. Digital chess items are licensed, not owned, and may change or be removed, though earned cosmetics won’t be taken without alternatives.
PAYMENTS & IN-GAME PURCHASES
Matcent offers optional purchases like cosmetics and season passes. In-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of Google Play. Under UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund in certain circumstances. Prices show before purchase; payment is authorized upon buying. Disputes go to your payment provider. Mobile store refund policies apply for app purchases. The core game is free and balanced—purchases only add cosmetic or convenience features, never competitive advantages. In-game currency is earned, not bought, and free cosmetics work just like paid ones.
LIABILITY LIMITS & DISPUTE HANDLING
Matcent is provided “as is” without guarantees of perfection or uninterrupted play. We don’t promise rating improvements or specific outcomes. We’re not liable for losses, rating drops, or service interruptions. Our liability is capped at what you paid in the last year. Disputes should first be addressed through customer service. Moderator decisions are final and control account, fairness, and content. Competitive gaming involves skill and chance—you’re responsible for your experience and results.
